Our website allows you to view information on properties for sale or for rent in Sardinia as well as to read articles on real estate, taxation, tourism and culture in the island
The data displayed on our website are provided for information purposes only and are not contractual in nature. In particular, the provided information does not constitute an invitation to submit an offer or a recommendation of acquisition, unless CMO Services explicitly and clearly qualify them as “offer” or “invitation to submit an offer”. CMO Services is not a contracting party to a contract that may be concluded between the user and the owner of the property for sale.
Real estate rental:
Through our website, we also provide an online booking service for real estate rental in Sardinia. However, we do not provide ourselves the rental service offered on the website. We act only as an agent of the property rental providers in accordance to a mandate agreement. The lease is concluded between the user and the provider in question, CMO Services Sàrl acting only as an agent.
By making a booking through our website, we send your request to the supplier in question and we will send you an offer within 24 hours. No contractual relationship can be inferred until a contract has been formally signed between the parties. In particular, the displayed prices shouldn’t be considered as an offer but are provided for information purposes only. This also applies for possible availabilities. We do our best to update the information that suppliers provide as fast as possible. We cannot however be held responsible for any possible errors. In order to offer the best possible services, the properties for rent have been visited by our collaborators but we cannot provide any guarantee in that sense.
Our booking service is free for users. Payments made by users are not collected by CMO Services Sàrl, but by the supplier directly.
Through our contractual relationship with the supplier, we get a commission from him after the guest has booked the property for rent.
As the contractual relationship is binding the supplier and the user, any complaint regarding the conditions of stay or the service fulfilment should be submitted to the supplier directly.
No guarantee
CMO Services and its data providers endeavour to ensure that the information contained on the site is accurate and complete at the time of publication. However, the information usually comes from third parties, especially in the form of text, images, graphics, plans, links, etc. and although they are obtained from sources considered to be reliable, CMO Services and its data providers cannot guarantee its accuracy, reliability, up-to-dateness or completeness, either explicitly or implicitly. Also, the information displayed may be modified at any time without notice.
